SkyTripora is not a travel agency, licensed air carrier, or direct transport operator. We do not issue tickets, set final airfares, process passenger payments, or collect baggage surcharges directly.
All financial transactions, confirmed ticketing, and ground transit reservations are fulfilled directly by partner platforms, including Aviasales and GetTransfer, or directly with the selected airline.
Booking & Liability
Contractual liabilities, refund terms, fare rules, and cancellation policies remain solely between you and the respective third-party merchant of record. SkyTripora bears no responsibility for partner fulfillment.
All proprietary index formats, interface software, brand marks, and search algorithms underlying SkyTripora are the intellectual property of SkyTripora and protected under global copyright treaties.
Users are strictly prohibited from deploying automated scrapers, web spiders, or high-frequency query bots against our flight routing console without explicit written licensing agreements.
User Conduct & IP
You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, or mirror our platform data structures, nor utilize travel parameters for unauthorized commercial indexing or competitive price intelligence extraction.
SkyTripora provides all flight schedules, route combinations, and pricing indices on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or immediate fare parity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyTripora and its affiliates shall not be liable for direct, consequential, or incidental damages arising from missed connections, flight cancellations, or partner fee updates.
